Open Water Data EDMS Portal

The Open Water Data EDMS Portal is an online, centralized data repository provided by the U.S. Army Environmental Command (USAEC) for use by government and non-government personnel working on environmental projects at installations within the West and Pacific Division. The system serves as a central platform for managing environmental data associated with these projects and supports consistent data handling and reporting across multiple organizations and locations.

If you require system access, please submit an account request through your USAEC Environmental Support Manager (ESM). The request must include complete contact information, as well as a clear description of your role and responsibilities on the project. This information is necessary to ensure appropriate access is granted in accordance with project security requirements.

Yakima Training Center (YTC) is a U.S. Army training installation located in central Washington. It provides expansive terrain for large-scale field training, including maneuver exercises, live-fire ranges, and joint and multinational training events. YTC's diverse landscape allows realistic training across desert, rugged, and mountainous environments.

Each installation database lists a primary support contact on the dashboard after login. Users may also contact the general support line for assistance between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time.
